Responsibilities

• Electrical System Installation & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures in residential homes
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting – Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical issues, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring systems
  • Code Compliance – Ensure all electrical work meets national, state, and local regulations
  • Customer Engagement – Inform customers about issues, solutions, and system performance, providing recommendations for products and services to improve efficiency and safety
  • Technical Expertise – Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise and effective electrical work
  • Service Documentation – Use Service Titan software to track completed work, ensuring accurate records and seamless service
  • Safety & Quality Assurance – Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Experience – 3+ years of experience as a residential electrician
  • Certifications – Electrical certifications and state licensing preferred
  • Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures
  • Service Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
  • Communication Skills – Ability to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to customers
  • Attention to Detail – Perform accurate, high-quality electrical work
  • Customer-Focused – Dedicated to exceptional service and professionalism
  • Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
